Delivery and returns v1


When can I expect delivery?

Most of our products, including our fine art prints, are "made to order" and are shipped directly from our Manchester print studio or from our third party sellers. If your order contains products from different sellers you will receive multiple deliveries and dispatch emails.

In most cases delivery of your products should fall within 7 days of your order, however in busy periods this can be up to 14 days. Framed prints take a little longer as our framer makes them bespoke. International deliveries usually take 10-15 days however in rare cases it can take up to 25 working days (due to different countries customs controls). Products with an extended delivery period will clearly specify this in the product description along with an estimated delivery time. If there are any unexpected issues with delivery, we'll keep you informed as much as possible.

UK - £3.95

Worldwide - £10

Please note that shipment to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Form & Glory has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility. 

What if I don't like my products?

We're sure you will like our products, but if you don't, you can return it to us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund*. All you need to do is contact us with a brief explanation and arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for any delivery costs you incur. 

**Please note that some items, such as foosball tables, ping pong tables and prints larger than A2, are made-to-order, non-returnable and are excluded from our returns policy. Please contact us if you would like further information.**

What if my product is damaged or faulty?

If your item(s) is faulty or damaged when you receive it please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery with a couple of photos of the damage. We will then assess the claim with our staff and courier and offer a full refund or exchange where necessary.
